Shults: <br /> <br />On July 1, 2025 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on June 6, 2025, addressing the following: <br /> <br />Revisions to the reclamation plan to include the removal of the office/scalehouse and mine scale, and <br />adding a gravel access road around the reservoir and leaving the existing shop building for future use <br />by the Town of Firestone. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2001-017.
