Zuber, P.E. <br /> <br />RE: Timnath Pit - File No. M-1989-056, McAtee Construction Company <br /> Acreage Release Request (AR-2) <br /> Acreage Reduction Request for Parcel Owned by Ascent Colorado Building Corp. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 8, 2025, McAtee Construction Company, whose address and telephone <br />number are 6215 Clear Creek Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82007; (607) 631-3269, filed an application for <br />a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 2) to M1989056, Timnath Pit, which is located approximately 2 miles <br />South of Timnath, Section 11, Township 6N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Larimer County. <br /> <br />This Acreage Reduction request is for the parcel owned by Ascent Colorado Building Corporation. The <br />acreage of 13.9 acres matches the County database. AR-02 replaces AR-01, because AR-01 only included <br />13.2 acres. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Robert D. Zuber, P.E. at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 601-2276. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
