Rob,
In response to the Division's incompleteness letters, Simon has corrected the Acreage Release Request
for the Timnath Pit— M-1989-056. Along with the corrections, a map has been included.The boundary
in green represents the 13.2 acres that we want released to Ascent Colorado Building Corporation and
the red boundary represents the new Timnath Pit mine boundary.
