<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110d Hard Rock Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: February 15, 2025 <br /> <br />TO: Ioana Comaniciu <br />Division of Water Resources <br />Division Engineer <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 818 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />RE: Russell Gulch Reclamation Project, File No. M-2025-003 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on February 14, 2025, CRS LLC, whose address and telephone number are 64 Hyland Dr Unit <br />B, Evergreen, CO 80439; (720) 545-5635, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation <br />operation, at or near Section 14, Township 14S, Range 73W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Gilpin County. Please be <br />advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be <br />reclaimed to support a(n) Residential post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for March <br />16, 2025. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Gilpin County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2025003 in the “Permit No” field.
