Box 2 <br />Hooper, CO 81136 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Clayton Sand and Gravel - File No. M-1999-022 <br /> Eddie Clayton <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full Surety Release Request <br /> <br />Dear Eddie Clayton: <br /> <br />On December 6, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Surety Release Request application submitted to the Division on November 25, 2024, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />Request for Full Surety Release on 3.9 acres <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has determined that <br />Eddie Clayton is eligible for release from further responsibility for the Clayton Sand and Gravel. In <br />accordance with Rule 4.17.2(5), the Division is required to wait thirty (30) days from this notice to <br />allow for appeal of the Division’s decision.
