<br /> <br />November 25, 2024 <br /> <br />Jason Burkey <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County <br />2273 River Road <br />Grand Junction, CO 81502-3609 <br /> <br />RE: 15 Road Gravel Pit - File No. M-2002-114, <br /> Technical Revision (TR-7) <br /> Revise Reclamation Plan <br /> <br />Dear Jason Burkey: <br /> <br />On November 20, 2024, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Technical Revision application for the 15 Road Gravel Pit, which is located <br />in Mesa County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional <br />information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and technical <br />review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of November 25, 2024. <br /> <br />Missing fee <br /> <br />You have thirty (30) days from November 25, 2024 to submit all necessary documents that the Division <br />needs for the application to be considered filed.
