<br /> <br />November 19, 2024 <br /> <br />Patrick Mason <br />City of Lamar <br />102 E Parmenter St <br />Lamar, CO 81052 <br /> <br />RE: Lamar Park Grav Pit - File No. M-1987-078, <br /> Amendment (AM-1) <br /> Change the post-mining land use to industrial/commercial to match the current use of the <br />surrounding property owned by the City of Lamar. <br /> <br />Dear Patrick Mason: <br /> <br />Your Amendment application for the Lamar Park Grav Pit 110c Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit, which is located in Prowers County has been filed. All comment and review periods began on <br />November 19, 2024. A decision date has been set for December 19, 2024. <br /> <br />Newspaper publication of a notice (published once) regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any <br />recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br />affected land is required within 10 days of submittal.
