<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />October 30, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />Chris Skerik <br />Thorin Resources, LLC <br />1900 Main St. Unit #1 <br />Ouray, CO 81432 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Revenue Mine - File No. M-2012-032 <br /> Thorin Resources, LLC <br /> Technical Revision (TR-17) <br /> Request to import material from the Camp Bird Mine and run a pilot gravity separation <br />circuit with material from both the Revenue and Camp Bird Mines. <br /> <br />Dear Chris Skerik: <br /> <br />On October 30, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on June 17, 2024, addressing the following: <br /> <br />1. Request approval to operate a 75 ton per day gravity separation circuite within current Permit <br />Limits. <br />2. Request approval for the Revenue Mine to accept imported material from Camp Bird Mine. <br />3. Request approval for the Camp Bird Mine to export material to the Revenue Mine. Only inert <br />surface material at Camp Bird is being considered for export. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve with conditions. TR-17 has been approved with <br />conditions. No importation of material from the Camp Bird, nor production or use of the gravity <br />separation circuit may be conducted until the following conditions are satisfied. <br />1. Completion reports, along with photo documentation for GW4A and GW-4b are received and <br />accepted by the Division pursuant to Rule 7.3.2(1) and (2). <br />2. The Certified As-Built report for the storm water pond located near the entrance, complete with <br />photo documentation has been received and accepted by the Divison pursuant to Rule 7.3.2(1) and <br />(2). <br />3. A Reclamation Cost Estimate Update will be performed based on the details of this Technical <br />Revision. Any increase to the Finanacial Warranty required by the update must be submitted and <br />accepted by the Division prior to operating the gravity separation circuit. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 17 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-2012-032. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2012-032 remain in <br />full force and effect.
