Clyde & Co. <br /> Technical Revision (TR-9) Reduce groundwater monitoring frequency to quarterly <br /> <br />Dear Andy Carpenter: <br /> <br />On September 11, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on September 6, 2024, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />Request to change the frequency for on-site monitoring wells and off-site property owner wells from <br />monthly to quarterly monitoring. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 9 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2008-017.
