Box 66, Idaho Springs, CO 80452-0066; (303) 887-6347, filed an application for <br />a Surety Release Request (SL-1) to M1990147, Mendota Properties, which is located <br />approximately one mile northwest of Silver Plume, Section 14, Township 4S, Range 75W, 06th <br />Principle Meridian, in Clear Creek County. <br /> <br />The operator is requesting a full and final release of 9.10 acres. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information <br />obtained from Nikie Gagnon at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. <br />Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x 8126. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered <br />in the application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period <br />following a decision on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision. <br /> <br />M-GR-03
