The information and discussion below address each comment as it was presented <br /> by the Division: <br /> 1. As stated in the Basis of Design Report, the cross-sections in Figure 6 were developed to <br /> support the floodplain development permitting process. The cross-sections are provided in the <br /> Floodplain Development Permit Hydraulic Report approved by the City of Greeley Floodplain <br /> Administrator. The final design plan set for the Poudre Ponds Bank Stabilization Project <br /> provides cross-sections with elevations of the stabilization area. <br /> 2.
