Ary: <br /> <br />On January 31, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on January 10, 2024, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />Fremont Paving and Redi Mix, Inc. is requesting to clarify the mine plan. Fremont will perform <br />phased mining and will only have open/active mining of 20 acres of disturbance. Additionally, the <br />entire site will be reclaimed to a 3H:1V. Fremont would also like to include a new KMZ map. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-2000-151.
