The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on December 22, 2023. A Phase I bond release <br />on 316.5 acres in D/E and I Pits reclaimed from 2008 through 2023. The surface ownership is <br />state and private, and the coal mined was federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
