<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on May 3, 2023, a minor revision application (MR-89) to the <br />Roadside Portals, Permit No. C-1981-041, operated by Snowcap Coal Company, Inc, P.O. Box 1430, <br />Palisade, CO 81526 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Snowcap Coal Company is <br />proposing revised text to update the section of the permit application with new information regarding the <br />Alternative Water Supply and an associated Exhibit. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. The revision <br />application, as well as all other permit documents, can be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching C1981041 in the “Permit No” field.
