20.0 Exhibit S — Permanent Man-Made Structures
Figure 3, Exhibit C1 depicts the permanent man-made structures contained on the area of
Affected Lands and within two hundred (200) feet of the Affected Lands. The primary
structures include utilities, CDOT Access Road, and the Last Chance Ditch. Figure 1,
Exhibit A provides additional survey data that depict the known locations of these
structures.
20.1.1 Known Utilities
SGM conducted a utility field investigation on November 21, 2020. The following list of
utilities existed at that time:
• CenturyLink—fiber, telephone (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped)
• Holy Cross Energy—electric (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped)
• URSA Operating Company, LLC or successor—gas, steam, non-potable water
• Xcel Energy— high pressure gas (more than 200 feet from property, not mapped)
• CDOT- County Road (CR) 346 and culverts
• Last Chance Ditch Tailwater channel — No ditch owner, facility owned by Scott.
SGM coordinated with these utilities as required for the access road design.
The Colorado River floodplain is within the 200-foot offset of the Affected Lands (per Table
1) to the north.
20.1.2 CDOT CR 346
A copy of the signed Structures Agreement with CDOT is included in Attachment B.
74
