20.0 Exhibit S — Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> Figure 3, Exhibit C1 depicts the permanent man-made structures contained on the area of <br /> Affected Lands and within two hundred (200) feet of the Affected Lands. The primary <br /> structures include utilities, CDOT Access Road, and the Last Chance Ditch. Figure 1, <br /> Exhibit A provides additional survey data that depict the known locations of these <br /> structures. <br /> 20.1.1 Known Utilities <br /> SGM conducted a utility field investigation on November 21, 2020. The following list of <br /> utilities existed at that time: <br /> • CenturyLink—fiber, telephone (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped) <br /> • Holy Cross Energy—electric (outside the Affected Lands, not mapped) <br /> • URSA Operating Company, LLC or successor—gas, steam, non-potable water <br /> • Xcel Energy— high pressure gas (more than 200 feet from property, not mapped) <br /> • CDOT- County Road (CR) 346 and culverts <br /> • Last Chance Ditch Tailwater channel — No ditch owner, facility owned by Scott. <br /> SGM coordinated with these utilities as required for the access road design. <br /> The Colorado River floodplain is within the 200-foot offset of the Affected Lands (per Table <br /> 1) to the north. <br /> 20.1.2 CDOT CR 346 <br /> A copy of the signed Structures Agreement with CDOT is included in Attachment B. <br /> 74 <br />
