Proof of sending letter to Forest Service will be provided as soon as the signature card is <br /> returned, attached is a cover letter and notice of what was sent to them. <br /> Exhibit B-Site Description <br /> 2. Soil Unit 17 (Herbman) is attached, the vegetation in the area of proposed mining site: <br /> Smooth brome, wheat grass,3 pine trees, and blue steam <br /> 3. In the Northeast side of the site there is groundwater at surface level,digging will take place <br /> at 5 feet above known groundwater <br /> Exhibit C-Mining Plan <br /> 4. Berms will be a minimum of 3ft high 2ft thickness that will be seeded to hold ground water, <br /> during final reclamation they will be cut down and used in topsoil <br /> 5.
