Please see the attached revised inspection report for the Colowyo Mine, C-1981-019. The following corrections were
made to the report:
1. The Prospect Pond has now been correctly referred to rather than "Prospect Ditch "when referring to
ponds associated with the East Pit under Section HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.0 of the inspection report.
See page 4.
2. Section 26 Pond has now been correctly referred to in series with the Sidehill Pond when discussing Collom Pit
ponds under Section HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.0 of the inspection report. See page 6.
3. Section 25 Pond has now been correctly referred to in reference to awaiting maintenance when discussing Collom
Pit ponds under Section HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.0 of the inspection report. See page 6.

Tony has pointed at some mistaken naming of some of the ponds as well. I will be sending out a redo on the report
correcting some of the names here shortly.
