RULE 4 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />RULE 4 - PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />4.02 SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />4.02.1 Specifications <br />Colowyo has posted and will maintain all signs and markers required by this section. All of the signs are of <br />uniform design and can be easily seen or read. The signs are made either of metal or wood; they are durable <br />enough to withstand extreme climatic conditions that are inherent at the operations. The signs conform to <br />local ordinances and codes. <br />Colowyo will maintain signs and markers during the conduct of all activities to which they pertain. <br />4.02.2 Mine and Permit Identification Signs <br />Please see Section 4.02.2 in Volume 1. <br />Coal will be transported from the Lower Wilson mining area by highway trucks along a portion of Moffat <br />County Road 51. Additional signage as required by Divisionand Moffat County will be posted prior to <br />beginning transport activities. At a minimum, signage including "Caution Trucks Turning" will be posted <br />along each side of the haul road entrances. <br />4.02.3 Perimeter Markers <br />Please see Section 4.02.3 in Volume 1. <br />4.02.4 Duration of Maintenance <br />Colowyo will maintain signs and markers throughout the life of the operation or post new signs and markers <br />as necessary. <br />4.02.5 Stream Buffer Zone Markers <br />Please see Section 4.02.5 in Volume 1. <br />4.02.6 Blasting Signs <br />Please see Section 4.02.6 in Volume 1. <br />4.02.7 Topsoil Markers <br />Colowyo clearly marks all stockpile topsoil with signs reading "Topsoil." <br />4.03 ROADWAYS <br />The following sections deal with roads defined per Rule 1.04 (111). <br />South Taylor/Lower Wilson — Rule 4, Page I Revision Date: 4/7/17 <br />Revision No.: RN -07 <br />
