Yeldell <br /> <br />RE: Quinn Draw Gravel Pit - File No. M-2002-049, Rio Blanco County <br /> Technical Revision Application (TR-1) <br /> Asphalt Plant Addition - Temporary <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 19, 2022, Rio Blanco County, whose address and telephone <br />number are 570 2nd St., Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 878-9590, filed an application for a/an <br />Technical Revision (TR- 1) to M2002049, Quinn Draw Gravel Pit, which is located approximately <br />10 miles Northeast of Rangely, Section 7, Township 2N, Range 10W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Rio Blanco County. <br /> <br />A&S Contractors are planning to use the Quinn Pit site to store gravel and produce asphalt for a <br />local state project. There will be fuel storage with appropriate containment procedures. Water will <br />be brought in for dust control purposes. No asphalt product will remain at the site. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for May 19, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Amy C.
