The Reclamation Costs required by Rule 6.4.12 were updated as part of Technical Revision 16 (TR-
16), which resulted in a bond increase. TR-16 was approved by DRMS on September 22, 2021. A copy
of the approval letter along with the updated reclamation cost tables, Table L is attached to this
