Thanks Jeff, is there a specific type of documentation you are looking for that Amon and Larry are no longer included in

Jeff, I guess the way they presented it is that these people are no longer part of the corp hierarchy... Do you know of
a way to substantiate that? I have spoken to Jim about this issue and he indicated that he is going to talk to some of
his contacts at OSM and other states about the best way to address this issue. For your AVS check, please identify
any issue that you see and I will include them in a second adequacy review letter to the applicant.

Quick question, I do not see how "rearranging" these officers will help solve the violation problem we have. They
will still be officers within the corp hierarchy and will continue to carry violations. Just some thoughts. I have run
the check, and we can move forward on the 1 st adequacy and see what remedies they come up with at proposed

included is a cover letter that discusses Amon. It appears he will be transferred to another project at the end
