The bond release application was found complete by this Division on September 23, 2021. All review and comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act and the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining initiate from this date of filing. The surface ownership is state and private, and the coal mined was federal, state and private. The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig, Colorado.
