Please provide a mining <br /> plan that addresses each of the requirements of Rule 6.4.4. <br /> Please provide the following: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.4 (a): A description of the methods of mining to be <br /> employed in each stage of the operation as related to any surface disturbance. <br /> Response <br /> There will be no earth moving during operation. Earth moving will be limited to reclamation <br /> activities. Mining will be accomplished using a front-end loader, excavator, grizzly, <br /> classification screens and crusher <br /> 2. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.4 (b): A description of any earthmoving that will occur as <br /> part of the operation. <br /> Response <br /> No topsoil or overburden material will be excavated or removed from the mine site. <br /> Slag, depending on aggregate/ballast customer aggregate specifications, will be mined directly <br /> from designated slag piles (See Figure 4-12), or will excavated, passed through a -4-inch grizzly, <br /> and as necessary, screened to customer aggregate gradation specifications. Rejected material <br /> from the grizzly and screens will be stockpiled with existing stockpiles for future sales. <br /> 3. Pursuant to Rule 6.4.4 (c): A description of any water diversions or <br /> impoundments that will be part of the operation. <br />
