too am glad we got to meet face to face and no need to apologize for not being able to attend the inspection, I can
definitely relate to having tons of meetings with very little free time!
In response to your comments, thank you for bringing them to my attention, I think in both cases it was a matter of
semantics, and not actual content, and for that I apologize. I have worked with Janet to correct the inspection report to
reflect the conditions accurately and not create confusion. Please find the amended report attached and let me know if
you have any other questions! Thanks,

It was very nice to meet you and put a face with the name. My apologies that we were busy with meetings and
unable to attend the inspection with you. That being said, I'd like to note a couple of issues in the partial report for
New Horizon.
First, under Rule 4.05, there is a section on Pond 009 in the inspection report including one photograph citing Pond
009. The statement in the inspection report is correct in the fact that Pond 009 was converted to a stock pond.
That being said, per Permit No. C-1981-008, there is no longer a permitted Pond 009. The approved permit, and
the on the ground structure, is the SP-2 stock pond. I'd like to request revising the inspection report accordingly as
not to create any confusion for the public record that Pond 009 no longer exists and is not part of the approved
permit.
