For example, Section 1 of the CNI application form <br /> (applicant/operator or company name)states"Acme Brick Company"while Section 11 refers to Denver <br /> Brick Company. The certification page of the application form(Page 8)was also executed as Denver Brick <br /> Company. Division's records indicate the current permittee for the site is"The Denver Brick Company". <br /> Any permitting revisions must be submitted by the permittee of record or their authorized agent. Please <br /> remove any reference to Acme Brick Company as the applicant/operator/permittee,and review the CNI <br /> application package and exhibits for consistency. <br /> You may also wish to reconsiderthe selection of"Forestry"as the primary present land use in section 13 of <br /> the application form. <br /> In addition,notices that were submitted for Exhibits Q and R as"Acme Brick"will need to be corrected and <br /> re-noticed as Denver Brick Company,and any notice sign postings at the site will need to be corrected. <br /> Your application will not be considered submitted until the issues noted above are addressed and found <br /> sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of <br /> the requested information.Additionally,if you have already published notice you will need to republish <br /> notice,after the Division considers the application submitted. This notice must be published once a week <br /> for four(4)consecutive weeks, starting within ten(10)days of the date your application is considered <br /> submitted. We will notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for <br /> receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br /> You have sixty(60)days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for an <br /> application to be considered filed.
