Updated map with complete legal description of the permit area depicting total
permitted acres; along with a map showing the permit boundaries in relation to
existing features. Exhibit A
2. Executed Right of Entry agreement between Hall-Irwin Corporation and Aggregate
Industries. This item is not required as discussed through various correspondence
demonstrating Hall-Irwin's Right-to-Access predates and supersedes Aggregate
Industries purchase of the property. The correspondence is attached as a point of
clarification for this submission. Exhibit B
3. An updated reclamation plan and map(s) detailing all changes from the original 1997
reclamation plan and an updated reclamation map showing proposed final site
feature and final site configuration. Exhibit C
a. Addition of a Permanent Construction Berm between the North and South
cells;
b. Added a pump station to allow for discharge of water to the small area on
the north side of the Ski Lake outside the mining area which has been
reclaimed and is no longer being actively mined;
c. Added a spillway at the North end of Walker North to allow water to spill
over at elevation 4,946 ft. in accordance with the State Engineering Office
direction. (While final approval from the State is not yet in place, Hall-Irwin
expects this to be approved and constructed by the end of 2021.)
