Updated map with complete legal description of the permit area depicting total <br /> permitted acres; along with a map showing the permit boundaries in relation to <br /> existing features. Exhibit A <br /> 2. Executed Right of Entry agreement between Hall-Irwin Corporation and Aggregate <br /> Industries. This item is not required as discussed through various correspondence <br /> demonstrating Hall-Irwin's Right-to-Access predates and supersedes Aggregate <br /> Industries purchase of the property. The correspondence is attached as a point of <br /> clarification for this submission. Exhibit B <br /> 3. An updated reclamation plan and map(s) detailing all changes from the original 1997 <br /> reclamation plan and an updated reclamation map showing proposed final site <br /> feature and final site configuration. Exhibit C <br /> a. Addition of a Permanent Construction Berm between the North and South <br /> cells; <br /> b. Added a pump station to allow for discharge of water to the small area on <br /> the north side of the Ski Lake outside the mining area which has been <br /> reclaimed and is no longer being actively mined; <br /> c. Added a spillway at the North end of Walker North to allow water to spill <br /> over at elevation 4,946 ft. in accordance with the State Engineering Office <br /> direction. (While final approval from the State is not yet in place, Hall-Irwin <br /> expects this to be approved and constructed by the end of 2021.) <br />
