The application was deemed complete on April 21, 2021. <br /> <br />SL-14 seeks Phase I bond release for approximately 12.05 acres of MVB boreholes (with associated <br />pads and roads) in the Dry Fork of Minnesota Creek, reclaimed in 2019 and 2020. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
