Jubilee Venture, Inc. received the NON on <br /> August 13, 2020. BLM's December 22, 2020 inspection of Jubilee Venture, Inc's. plan of <br /> operations determined that Jubilee Venture, Inc. failed to comply with the NON. Due to Jubilee <br /> Venture, Inc.'s failure to comply with the NON issued by the BLM on July 22, 2020, Jubilee <br /> Venture, Inc. is hereby notified that the BLM intends to issue a Suspension Order against its Plan <br /> of Operations COC74961. Specifically, Jubilee Venture, Inc. has failed to comply with the <br /> Noncompliance Order by not: <br /> 1. Controlling noxious weeds and sending water usage reports; <br /> 2. Conducting activities or practices that are reasonably incident to prospecting, mining, <br /> or processing operations; <br /> 3. Maintaining an adequate financial guarantee; <br /> 4. Completing reclamation prior to abandoning its operations. <br /> Pursuant to 43 CFR 3809.601(b)(iii) Jubilee Venture, Inc. is entitled to an informal hearing <br /> before the BLM Colorado State Director before the BLM takes further action against Jubilee <br /> Venture, Inc. under 43 CFR 3809.601(b).
