New Elk Coal Company, LLC has recently been sold and is now <br />under different ownership. <br />Attached is a Succession of Operators Application. Attached are revisions to Section <br />2.03.4 and 2.03.6. Revised Sections 2.03.6 removes the mention of the Golden Eagle <br />Mine. Aside from that minor change, Sections 2.03.5, 2.03.6, 2.03.7, and 2.03.10 have <br />no changes. Since New Elk Coal Company is still the permittee, no revisions to these <br />sections are applicable. A copy of the certificate of insurance issued. Bond changes <br />have already been submitted to DRMS. A proposed public notice publication of the <br />transfer is included for your review. The public notice will run once in the Trinidad <br />Chronicle.
