The purpose of the inspection <br />will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to <br />the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
