Dear Mr. Schneider:
On September 15, 2020 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety(Division) received your request
to extend the decision due date. Additional time is needed due to an error in the end of comment
period listed on the newspaper publication.The end of comment period listed was the original decision
due date, so the decision date has been extended to allow for all comments to be received and
addressed prior to the decision date. The Division is approving the 30-day extension request.The
decision due date for permit application M-2017-035 has been set for November 2, 2020.
Please submit responses the adequacy review#1 as soon as possible in order to allow the Division
sufficient time for review. If any adequacy issues remain by the decision due date the Division may deny
your request.
