<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on July 29, 2020, a minor revision application (MR-448) to the <br />West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, 5174 Highway 133, <br />Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Minor Revision MR-448 <br />corrects page 9 of Exhibit 1 to show that Matthew C. Giljum retained his duties as Treasurer. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance.
