This decision will be published in the CO Mountain News Media - Craig <br />Daily Press as soon as possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period. <br />If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br /> <br />The Division holds a Corporate Surety bond issued by your company (Bond No. *3BCA), for this operation <br />in the amount of $30,500,000.00. The proposed release amount is $162,813.81. <br /> <br />Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Travelers Casualty and Surety <br />Co of America concerning Bond No. *3BCA, and is for your information only.
