We have used your original letter as <br /> the base format, with our response following each of your comments. <br /> In addition to the direct response to your comments, Map M12 (sheet 2) is enclosed. The PR9 <br /> version of this map showed a portion of the N Pit temporary spoil storage pile being left behind <br /> in the post mining topography. Map M12 is revised to show all of the temporary spoil pile going <br /> back into N Pit backfill. <br /> The following revised permit narrative pages are enclosed: 3-15b and 3-15c. The following <br /> revised permit tables are enclosed: Table 4.8-6 (page 3 [4-186a]) and Table 4.8-7 (page 3 [4- <br /> 190a]). The following revised maps are enclosed: M4A, M10A (sheet 2), M12 (sheet 2). SedCad <br /> as built information is included for Appendix Q, Sections, XXXVIII (Deal),XXXIX(Deacon) <br /> and XXYX(Jeffway). <br /> Rule: 2.10 Maps and Plans <br /> 2020 February DRMS: DRMS finds that Trapper addressed this rule adequately with the exception <br /> of: <br /> 1. As it appears that over time pit nomenclature has changed, please update Map M4A,Pit <br /> Boundaries, to show contemporary pit naming conventions as well as original pit names. <br />
