In addition to the monitoring plan, TR-57
approved the use of an initial nine injection wells in a pilot program. After CC&V demonstrated that the
Hydrojex wells could be operated safely through the implementation of the established monitoring plan,
CC&V installed additional Hydrojex wells(Figure 1).
With TR-57 approval, DRMS determined that the installation and monitoring of the Hydrojex wells
required no adjustment to the financial warranty calculations.
Proposal:
CC&V proposes to execute the program approved under TR-57 to utilize all existing injection wells as well
as any future injection wells installed on all CC&V VLFs in accordance with the criteria outlined in TR-
57. Modeling conducted by AMEC (included in the 2010, TR-57 submission)demonstrates that injections
can be performed safely when key monitoring criteria are followed. CC&V will operate and monitor all
injection wells within the approved parameters outlined in TR-57. In addition to the monitoring criteria,
CC&V will also construct any new injection wells within the criteria stated in TR-57.
