Tri-State is the parent company of ERMR. The New Horizon Mine operates <br /> under the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-1981-008. <br /> TR-94 proposes to remove the NH 1 area from the permit and update bonding information. <br /> Applicable sections of the PAP have been revised to remove reference to NHl except those <br /> which reference NH1 with regard to baseline data collection. TR-94 also proposes to remove <br /> Attachment 2.05.3(3)-23, Attachment 2.05.3(3)-25, Map 3.02.2-2, and Tab 22 as they pertain to <br /> the NH area and are no longer applicable to the permit. <br /> Also enclosed please find a revision application and a change of index sheet to ease <br /> incorporation of these materials in to the permit.
