The application was deemed complete on November 19, <br />2019. <br /> <br />MR-439 seeks to update the Permit Application Packet with details of two trailer mounted mobile <br />flaring units that are proposed to be used in conjunction with previously permitted Mine Ventilation <br />Boreholes. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently <br />approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
