The bond release application was found complete by this Division on October 14, 2019. <br />ERMR is applying for a partial phase I, II and III bond release on approximatley 0.4 acres of a <br />reclaimed sediment control structure. The surface ownership is private, and the coal mined was <br />private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
