(ASCI) to address the problems identified during the inspection on <br /> 7/10/2019 at the Nelson Mining Resource (DRMS Permit #: M-2005-059) (Site). A summary of <br /> the two (2) problems identified, and the corrective actions that were taken are presented below. <br /> Additional documentation, including photographic evidence, is presented in the attachments. <br /> DRMS Problem Identified #1 <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC: Site Maintenance <br /> PROBLEM: Trash and refuse on the Site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS REQUIRED: The operator shall submit a written notice to the <br /> Division with photo documentation, that the trash has been removed from the site by the <br /> corrective action date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 9/30/2019 <br /> ASCI CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN: ASCI brought roll-off dumpsters to the Site on <br /> 9/16/2019. Materials identified during the inspection that no longer serve usable purpose have <br /> been loaded into the dumpsters in accordance with C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(4)(e). Materials in good <br /> condition which will be used by ASCI in the future are being consolidated for storage in an <br /> organized manner. Per the required corrective action listed in the inspection report issued, <br /> submittal of this document serves as the written notice to the Division. Photographs of the trash <br /> and refuse removal activities are presented in Attachment 1. <br />
