Dear Mr. Lennberg, Enclosed are revised maps and our response to your Incompleteness Notice, 8/23/2019, AR-07. We discussed the following responses to your questions by phone on 8/27/2019. This document provides you with a written response. We understand you are in general agreement with what we discussed. We want to thank the Division for your help in getting the"Finger Lake"area released from the permitted area. DRMS Response Questions: 1. In the release request packet, the Operator submitted anew permit boundary map with a date ofAugust 24, 2017 that indicates the new permit acreage after release would be 124.27 acres. However, in the narrative the new permit acreage after release is indicated to be 123.37 acres. Please clarify this discrepancy and update the narrative. Response: The discrepancy resulted from two assumptions. First,that the finger"Finger Lake"release area was as was depicted on an historic file map. It appears the "Finger Lake"area was an estimate of the acres and was not surveyed. Second,the small exclusion area on the west side of the 2017 property survey was not surveyed. We determined the revised new area of the Pueblo West Pit as follows: • We started with the total acres from the 2017 property survey,124.27 acres. • We then measured the area of the small exclusion area on the west side of the 2017 survey as 2.19 acres.
