The project area is land located outside of the Corps, Omaha District's civil <br /> works boundary; therefore, we cannot provide specific comments on impacts to Corps owned or <br /> operated lands or environmental-based comments on the project. For these type of comments <br /> you will need to contact our Albuquerque District as they have civil works jurisdiction over this <br /> area. Please direct all future correspondence regarding this project to the following address: <br /> Albuquerque District <br /> Attention: Mr. George Macdonell, CESPA-PM-LE <br /> 4101 Jefferson Plaza NE <br /> Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109 <br /> This project is located within the Corps' State of Colorado regulatory boundary.
