The project area is land located outside of the Corps, Omaha District's civil <br /> works boundary; therefore, we cannot provide specific comments on impacts to Corps owned or <br /> operated lands or environmental-based comments on the project. For these type of comments <br /> you will need to contact our Albuquerque District as they have civil works jurisdiction over this <br /> area.
