Phase 2A Part 1 consists of VLF2 sub-phases 2A-1 and 2A-3. The report, <br /> completed by Newfields on July 22, 2019 is enclosed as an attachment to this submission. Pending <br /> DRMS approval of the report, leaching of the certified areas of VLF2 Phase 2A will begin <br /> immediately. <br /> In Addition, due to the report size and format, the report is contained in its entirety within the <br /> sharefile location, https://newmontmining.sharefile.com/f/focbefd5-8dc8-4433-808c-a8Ofee9f399a. <br /> This report details work associated with the Cresson Project that was performed under specific <br /> criteria established in Amendment No. 10 of Permit No. M-1980-244, as approved by the Mined <br /> Land Reclamation Board. Construction Quality Assurance and Construction Quality Control services <br /> are documented in the report from April 2019 through July 2019 for Phases 2A Partl of the Squaw <br /> Gulch VLF. <br /> Financial Warranty: <br /> The financial warranty for the construction of VLF2 Phase 2 has been accounted for through <br /> previous permit amendment approvals. <br /> Enclosed, please find a copy of check no. 200042125 in the amount of$1,006.00. The original <br /> check will be certified mailed to the Division.
