The original plan calls for 17 acres <br /> or less of disturbance. Prior to our Succession of Operators Approval,Revision SO-1 on January 4', 2019 the <br /> site was completely disturbed with import backfill and concrete rubble. At this time we revise the plan to <br /> reflect that all 34 acres maybe disturbed at any given time. The depth of topsoil for the purpose of reclamation <br /> will be 6 inches and there is 1500 CY on site.The final use of the property is to be industrial development <br /> which will include 11 acres of parking. Gravel and backfill material will be stockpiled on the location. The pit <br /> has 12,000 CY of backfill on the site and we will continue to accept import material for structural backfill of <br /> the maximum 9 acre ponds.Future plans call for the permitting of 23 IA Road West Pit per our Multi Pit Lease <br /> Agreement with Parkerson Construction,Inc. (see attachment page 6 item e)dated July 12d',2017.Any <br /> additional topsoil needed will be stripped and imported to the 23 %4 Road East Pit aka Orchard Grove Pit. <br /> We requested on April 2°d•,2019 that DRMS calculate the surety bond and we would agree to that amount. <br /> Please accept the attached documents. <br /> Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns at(970-712-6634)or <br /> jim.doody@elamconstruction.com.
