The following <br /> item is still incomplete for the application to be processed: <br /> 1. The Financial Warranty of$44,387.55 as required for Option 2 was not submitted. Form available <br /> at https://mining.state.co.us <br /> Please provide the above financial warranty document by June 28, 2019. All completed permit <br /> documents are required to be submitted for consideration of your Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit <br /> and Succession of Operators Application. An incomplete application will be denied after the 60 day <br /> submittal request, if requested documents or information are not received.
