This <br /> will be combined with the existing topsoil and slash at the south end of the pad. <br /> o The 17H-IR-E well is not shown on the Plat, pad map or location photos. Please provide <br /> this information. <br /> ■ The 17H-IR-E will not be drilled this year and was not surveyed and staked. <br /> Approximate SHL: (NAD 83) Lat 39.9268466353, Long-108.3494433981 <br /> • Pad 16/17H-1V and Wells 16H-1V and 17-1V <br /> o The 17H-1V well is not shown on the Plat, pad map or location photos.
