Figure 1 details the proposed location, with liner elevations
ranging from 10,130 feet to 10,163 feet at a 10%grade. Figure 2 details the cell topography and size(210
feet by 348 feet).
Liner: The cell liner has not been welded as the proposed facility location is entirely on an
existing valley leach facility(VLF). The cell liner has been installed in an overlapping fashion at
the proposed location, with a 10%grade to direct solution drainage to the north.Figure 3 details
the cell's northerly grade direction topographically.Figure 4 is a photograph of the cell location,
which also details the grade direction. Approximately 18,000 tons of previously processed
(leached),crushed ore(similar to drain cover fill(DCF))was placed and distributed over the cell
liner,at an approximate depth of 3 feet. The size of the crushed material is measured at P80 3/ of
an inch.
Stacking: Approximately 18,000 tons of ore will be placed on top of the crushed ore described
above. As of February 2019, approximately 45 million tons of the total permitted capacity
remains available on the AGVLF; which is above the combined 36,000 tons of test pad materials.
The cell will be stacked at maximum height of approximately 35 feet from the cell liner, which
