Pursuant to the Act, no <br /> permit may be issued until the Board or Office receives and approves the performance and financial <br /> warranties. <br /> As of the date of this notice,our records indicate that you have not posted the required Financial <br /> Warranty and Performance Warranty for your approved Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> application, File No. M-2018-012. In accordance with Rule 4.1(2) of the Mineral Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and <br /> Designated Mining Operations, no permit may be issued until the Board or Office receives and <br /> approves the Performance and Financial Warranties required herein. If these warranties are <br /> not posted by July 2,2019 (365 days from the date your application was approved),you will be <br /> scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing, in accordance with the notification and comment <br /> provisions of Rule 1.6,to reconsider the previous application approval. If the Board affirms the <br /> original application approval, the Board shall establish a new deadline for submittal of the <br /> warranties.
