Figure 1 details the planned location for the power poles and line, <br /> located on the west side of highway 67 near the Absorption Desorption and Recovery(ADR)2 Plant. <br /> Modifications to the Approved Mine Plan: <br /> CC&V proposes to install the four power poles to extend the fiber optic line from the existing <br /> CenturyLink owned power poles located on Shelf Road, across Highway 67; connecting again to existing <br /> infrastructure at the ADR 2 Plant. <br /> Other Permits and Licenses: <br /> No other permits or licenses are required to construct the proposed modifications. A No Impact TR will <br /> be filed with Teller County. <br />
