Cloudy-Breezy <br /> NEWFIELDS PERSONNEL <br /> Name Hours <br /> Jose Armenta 10 <br /> 1.0 AMES CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES <br /> Ames continued pushing ore material from area between benches at the approximate <br /> elevation of 10020'and 9960'.The ore is being stockpiled at the lower bench using a CAT D6T <br /> LGP dozer equipped with GPS. <br /> 2.0 NEWFIELDS ACTIVITIES <br /> NewFields personnel monitored the ore being pushed down and stockpiled past the toe of <br /> lower bench,ensured that proper procedures were used to prevent damage to the underlying <br /> synthetic liner. <br /> 3.0 COMMUNICATIONS AND MEETINGS <br /> Attended the daily morning safety meeting conducted by Ames in the field at 0645 hrs. <br /> Morning discussion with Kevin of Ames. Discussed projected activities on site today. Ames to <br /> continue pushing ore material on to the lower bench at approximately 9960'; will maintain a <br /> minimum thickness over the liner of 2.5 to 3.0 ft except for the areas where loading <br /> equipment and end dump trucks would be operating where the thickness would be no less <br />
