Tri-State is the parent company of ERMR. The New Horizon Mine operates under the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-1981-008. <br />MR -I 11 updates Section 2.05.4(2)(d) Topsoil Handling, Stockpiling & Redistribution to <br />reflect current topsoil stockpile locations and volume information. This updated information has <br />been provided on Map 2.05.4-9 Topsoil Stockpile Map. <br />Also enclosed please find a revision application and a change of index sheet to ease <br />incorporation of these materials in to the permit.
